Napa Scoring App(Required)

I understand scoring is done electronically through the NAPA Website Scoring. If for some reason I cannot submit it through the app, I will contact the league department immediately.

Compusport(Required)

I understand scoring is done electronically on Compusport. If for some reason I cannot submit it through the app, I will take a picture and send it to jselectronicsleagues@gmail.com the same night of play or contact the League Department the following morning so it can be entered.

Win/Loss Leagues(Required)

I understand scoring is done on paper and needs to be sent to jselectronicsleagues@gmail.com at end of match the same night of play.

Standard/Valley/Dual League Fees/Deductions(Required)

I understand league fees due per player are $7 each night played ($6 for Power Dam). If not paid, they will be deducted from team payout at end of league.

I understand 1.00 per week per player will be deducted from league for Administration Fees (.90 for Power Dam)

Sanctions(Required)

I understand all players are to pay $23 Valley (15V/5CS/3IN) sanction the first night for the 2026-27 season summer or fall. Any new players in the Dual (Valley-BCA) leagues who did not play at the beginning of the year will be responsible for their $25 2026 BCA sanction (in dual leagues ONLY), unless paid through another operator, or will be deducted from the team at the end. This is ONLY for players who did NOT play a continuing fall or summer league.

I understand BCA (in DUAL leagues ONLY – Not Van Wert) is payable for anyone who is NEW to the league and did not play after Jan 1 of this year. This will be deducted if not paid. This will also include a $5 per player admin fee each session for Precision Underground, who is now managing the BCA league.

I understand if there are any physical altercations, the person(s) involved may be asked to leave and forfeit the rest of the games for the night.

In the event there is a serious altercation or a second offense, I understand my team or myself may be removed from the league.

I am aware that in the event of doubles, trips or team format as team captain, I am responsible for the actions of my team during league.

Food/Drink/Player Actions(Required)
